1998年本科毕业于兰州大学物理与科学技术公司电子材料与器件专业;2008年博士毕业于兰州大学物理与科学技术公司凝聚态物理学专业;2008~2011年新加坡南洋理工大学电子电气工程公司博士后,从事半导体光电子器件研究工作;2011至今球友会。 |
